Engineer Theodius Chinyanga is the Founder and Principal Engineer of IEP Zimbabwe. He is a seasoned Civil Engineer with extensive leadership experience in international private sector consulting engineering firms such as Mobil Oil, government entities including the Zimbabwe National Army, Zimbabwe Defence Forces, Ministry of Transport and Ministry of Housing.
He has a B-Tech (Civil Eng.) Hons (UZ), MSc Project Management (Liverpool) F(ECZ),FZweIE, and is a certified Project Manager as well as an expert in Construction Law.
Engineer Chinyanga has more than 27 years’ experience in township infrastructure, including but not limited to Roads, Storm Water Drainage, Water and Sewerage Reticulation, Water abstraction, Treatment and Storage.
Engineer Rutendo Chitakunye, (BSc (Civil Eng) Hons (NUST) GradZweIE) has extensive experience in planning, design and monitoring of roads, storm water drainage, water and sewer reticulation.
Engineer Pyce Chihanga, (BSc (Civil Eng) Hons (NUST) GradZweIE) has experience in infrastructure development project design and construction supervision.

With an HND in Civil Engineering, Tatenda Makubvure has experience in design of roads, storm water drainage, water and sewer reticulation.
